A Marketing Manager position within a global FMCG Business
About Our Client
This company is a leading player in the FMCG sector with a global portfolio of well-known brands.
They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a market-leading brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
- Oversee the management of a marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborate with sales, PR, and product development teams to drive business results
- Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish to ensure timely delivery
- Organize and manage marketing operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage budget allocation for marketing projects to ensure effective use of resources
- Proven marketing experience in the FMCG industry within a matrix organization
- Line management experience is desirable
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing a P&L
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- A strong commercial acumen
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics
A salary of up to 85,000 + package and benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
