We are seeking a Lead Cost Consultant to join a prominent consultancy firm specializing in the construction sector across the UK and Ireland. This organization is recognized as one of the largest and most reputable multidisciplinary firms in Northern Ireland, providing services in various sectors including Commercial, Education, Community, Residential, and Health.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and managing project delivery
  • Preparation of contract documentation, bills of quantities, and tender submissions
  • Conducting project cost estimation, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting throughout all project phases
  • Implementing effective change management processes, including the assessment of variations and Compensation Events
  • Monitoring and controlling project expenditures, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Preparing cost analysis and value engineering proposals
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of public sector and private clients, design teams, and contractors
  • Participating in project meetings and providing financial updates

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience in CATO Bill production
- Chartered status or progress towards chartership
- A minimum of 4 years of post-degree experience is preferred
