Premier Jobs UK Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join their team. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a team of Chartered Financial Planners, ensuring the smooth operation of their financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client records and data on the customer back office system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Process and manage new business and servicing applications, from initial submission to completion.
- Prepare and submit compliance paperwork, application forms, and other required documents.
- Chase progress of applications and communicate with Financial Advisers regarding any issues or concerns.
- Process servicing changes to clients' investments and prepare client portfolio valuations and review documents.
- Collaborate with Paraplanners and Financial Advisers to discuss ongoing and upcoming cases, ensuring seamless support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a financial planning firm, supporting Financial Advisers and managing client records.
- Knowledge of financial planning products and the client process, with a strong understanding of industry software and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a minimum of GCSE grades A - C or 4 - 9.
