As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and chasing outstanding debts, handling interactions with creditors, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payment.
- Handle interactions with creditors, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate invoices using Xero and our external operating system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones and addressing inquiries related to accounts.
- Conduct general office administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Relevant experience in finance administration, with a focus on credit control and collections.
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
