Fire Protection Manager Job Description

Russell Taylor Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a full-time Fire Protection Manager based in Kent.

About the Role

Our client specializes in Fire Protection and offers a range of services to businesses and homes across the South East, London, and the UK.

  • Manage end-to-end projects and costs from initial brief to sign-off.
  • Estimate and oversee the installation of passive fire protection products and intumescent paint.
  • Program projects and ensure they are carried out to a high level of detail, following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Liaise with site management teams to ensure awareness of work processes.
  • Attend weekly review meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Produce relevant RAMs and H&S documents to ensure timely management of staff.
  • Upload new clients, projects, drawings, and RAMs to the BORIS system prior to each project start date.
  • Extensive experience in passive fire protection and intumescent paint.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire stopping procedures and products.
  • In-date SMSTS and CSCS tickets.
  • Experience with using the BORIS system, both on-site and in the office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Full, valid UK driving license with the willingness and flexibility to travel to sites across the UK at short notice.
