  • Ensure optimal staffing levels within branches, balancing business needs with employee satisfaction.
  • Improve logistical movements across the branch network, streamlining processes and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Efficiency team to maximize operational performance in all areas.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Logistics experience at a management level, with demonstrable success in performance management.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to execute long-term operational plans.
  • Adaptability to changing industry trends and market conditions.
  • Experience working with specialist vehicles is essential.
