Financial Controller

Get Recruited Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager to lead our finance function and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of 3 Accounts Assistants and ensure timely completion of daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for finance and compliance functions, including medium and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with the Directors to produce the annual budget and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee the management of operational data, including KPIs, and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with lenders, banking partners, and HMRC, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Requirements:
- ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager / Financial Controller in an SME Owner Managed business.
- Experience with Xero and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to start immediately or within one month of being offered the role.
