Are you skilled in building surveying and property maintenance within a Housing Association or Local Authority? Do you possess the capability to advance to a more senior position? If you have experience with Schedule of Rates and measurement techniques, along with a commitment to achieving Value for Money, you may be the ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Building Surveyor at Peabody.


In this position, you will play a crucial role in the operational execution of Peabody's repair, maintenance, and property services. You will assist in managing daily and significant repairs, addressing disrepair issues, handling voids/empty homes, and implementing planned preventative maintenance by supporting the Building Surveyors in operational tasks within your designated area.


Your knowledge of health and safety regulations and relevant legislation will be essential, as you will aid in overseeing a variety of contractors, ensuring they comply with their contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
