Key Responsibilities:

As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in the development and management of the kitchen brigade. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to create innovative menus and dishes.
  • Leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Understanding of stock management and gross profit percentages.
