Job Opportunity: Lettings Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-confident Lettings Advisor to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Lettings Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: You will be responsible for general administration tasks, including call handling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Property Management: You will be responsible for organizing property repairs and maintenance, coordinating with trades, tenants, and landlords, and ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Client and Tenant Liaison: You will be responsible for communicating with clients and tenants, responding to their queries, and providing them with excellent customer service.
  • Viewings and Inspections: You will be responsible for arranging viewings, conducting property inspections, and preparing associated documentation.
  • Financial Administration: You will be responsible for invoicing, managing deposits, and handling other financial tasks related to the lettings process.

Requirements:

  • Must have a car and UK driving license
  • Relevant experience an advantage but full training will be given
  • Highly organized
  • Self-confident with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Maths and English exam grades

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.50am - 5.30pm (60 mins lunch) Saturdays 9.00am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch) with weekday in lieu to be taken in the same week
