Infused Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions on a global scale. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating and maintaining enterprise architecture models and standards, and ensuring alignment and integration of IT systems across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Business Analysis: Analyze business needs and objectives and provide strategic guidance on IT solutions that support them.
- Business Architecture Expertise: Excellent experience in business architecture, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Enterprise Architecture Development: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, frameworks, principles, and standards.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance of IT solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT project managers, solution architects, DevOps Engineers, and developers to ensure alignment and integration of IT systems.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership and mentoring to junior IT architects and engineers.
- Emerging Technologies: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and trends and assess their impact and value for the organization.
**Requirements**
- IT Architecture Experience: Extensive experience in IT architecture, design, and development.
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture models and standards.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies, such as cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, microservices, DevOps, agile, etc.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, would be beneficial.
