About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Clerk to join our Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inputting and reporting on weekly plant and material costs within our RDP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input weekly plant and material tickets into Oracle Costing System
  • Review Purchase Order Status Report with site teams for missing tickets
  • Produce weekly cost reports and distribute to site teams / SSC
  • Checking and using WBS Coding Structure
  • Invoice Query resolution - liaise with suppliers, procurement department, site & SSC
  • Review aged plant & material accruals
  • Check site plant books and supplier live hire reports v`s plant report
  • Filing
  • General Admin Duties
  • Compliance to company procedures and policies
H&S and Environment
  • Safety is the cornerstone of MCWF strategy
  • Be aware of and actively maintain the responsibilities listed in the GT Safety Policy Section
  • Be aware of and actively maintain the responsibilities listed in the GT Environmental Policy Section
  • Recognise that Health and Safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensuring safe working environment for all
  • Ensure that safety issues are reported responsibly and participate in improving practice
  • Quality & Document Control
  • Understand and implement the Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets
  • Comply, as appropriate, with the processes contained within the GT BMS
  • Suggest improvements to the GT BMS when they become apparent
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent Excel skills, experience in construction/engineering, and a good understanding of IT systems. You should be able to work accurately and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
