We are partnering with a reputable global consultancy to find an Oracle C2M Expert for a long-term contract in the utilities sector.

Role: Oracle C2M Functional Expert

Rate: Variable dependent on experience

Location: South, UK

Style: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months (initially - view to extend)

The Role:

This role involves configuring the product to meet business requirements, maintaining business objectives, and implementing the system. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding product technologies, including Oracle CC&B, C2M, MDM, etc.
  2. Documenting analysis sessions, fit/gap requirements, and producing decision sheets.
  3. Reviewing and understanding multiple designs to form a creative and cohesive solution.

Key Skills:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional areas, including customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, meter data management, and OU framework.
  2. Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, and new connections.
  3. Experience in managing commercial and industrial utility customers.
