Social Impact Strategist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Impact Lead to join our CEO's Office team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our social impact strategy, focused on creating positive change in the communities we live, work, and do business in.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and drive forward our social impact initiatives, focusing on volunteering, partnerships, community funds, donations, and fundraising.
- Embed our social impact program within the business by raising awareness and understanding of our initiatives, ensuring colleagues know how and when to engage and understand our overall community impact.
- Develop and promote inclusive and accessible volunteering opportunities, integrating volunteering into our colleague experience.
- Manage relationships with strategic charity and community partners, ensuring strong, collaborative partnerships that deliver mutual value and drive positive community outcomes.
- Partner with our Brand and Communications, Social Media, and Internal Communications teams to increase awareness and understanding of our social impact among colleagues and external audiences through compelling storytelling.
- Manage the Social Impact SharePoint Hub, ensuring it is an effective resource for colleagues to self-serve and engage with initiatives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and communication of seasonal and topical social impact campaigns, engaging colleagues and delivering meaningful community impact.
- Partner with DEI, Talent, and Colleague Experience teams to leverage opportunities to create positive impact and engage colleagues in the social impact agenda.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of our social impact initiatives, regularly reviewing and analysing programme data to assess our progress and suggest improvements.
- Proven experience in social impact, corporate responsibility, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and measure impact effectively.
- Experience managing relationships with external partners.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Viva Engage, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring creativity to your work.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running.

Qualifications: Educated to at least A level or equivalent. Specialism in Social Impact, Corporate Responsibility, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related business field is desirable.
