Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, booking their vehicles into the workshop and keeping them informed of progress.
- Support the after-sales function, working closely with workshop controllers and the service manager to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
- Manage customer expectations, providing a professional and courteous service at all times.
- Upsell additional products and services to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible value from their visit.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or similar environment.
- Professional and presentable individual with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
