About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to join our team at Konker, a rapidly accelerating marketing agency. As an Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for leading our e-commerce team and driving growth and improvement opportunities across our clients' Shopify stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and engagement
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices
  • Work closely with the business founders to drive company growth and development

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Shopify stores, either in an agency or client-side
  • Experience creating compelling email marketing campaigns
  • Experience running promotional campaigns (e.g. summer drops, Black Friday sales)
  • A desire to lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
