About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As a key member of our Affordable Housing team, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties nationwide, ensuring that our clients and tenants receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and pre-checkout visits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, inventory, and check-out appointments.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including tenant requests and client notifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, including ASB management and court attendance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and location.
  • Knowledge of Qube PM software and other relevant systems.
  • ARLA certification or willingness to work towards it.
