We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive to join our growing team, delivering tailored research for leading global healthcare brands and innovative biotech companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in quantitative research and gain hands-on experience working across the full project lifecycle.


The Role and Responsibilities:

The Senior Research Executive will have the following role and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of quantitative research projects, from liaising with fieldwork suppliers to keeping the team updated on project progress.
  • Support in designing questionnaires and other research materials for surveys.
  • Monitor fieldwork progress (e.g., checking quotas, ensuring data collection is on track).
  • Help analyze survey data using tools like Excel and Q, and assist in turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development of charts, tables, and visual presentations for client reports and debriefs.
  • Grow your skills in client interaction, learning how to deliver insights in a clear and compelling way.


Skills and Experience:

The Senior Research Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong understanding of quantitative research methods, with a passion for data and numbers.
  • At least 2 years experience in a market research role, for a healthcare/pharma focused agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to master the fundamentals of survey design, fieldwork, and data analysis.
  • Confidence in handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive mindset, ready to learn and contribute to the team's success.
  • Interest in developing your data analysis skills and turning findings into meaningful insights for clients.
