As the leading provider of commercial fleet solutions in the UK, we are expanding rapidly and are in search of skilled technicians who are proficient in handling HGVs, including both trucks and trailers. Our technicians play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute service, maintenance, and repair tasks on a varied fleet of vehicles and trailers.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Prepare and present vehicles for MOT assessments.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in HGV Repair & Maintenance.
- Possession of a full, valid driving license.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is required.
What We Offer:
- Flexible working hours in mobile roles.
- Competitive pay starting at £16.95 per hour for qualified technicians, with additional uplifts for those with IRTEC certification and experience with double deck trailers.
- Mobile roles include compensated travel time from your home base with a company-provided vehicle.
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday.
- Access to our Company doctor for health support.
Work Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts.
- Daytime hours, Monday to Friday - 50 hours per week.
- Overtime opportunities available on weekends at 1.5 times the standard rate for hours exceeding 50.
