**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students with diverse needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential and creating a nurturing environment for them to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities to students with special educational needs
* Assist students with their learning and development, including providing individualized support and accommodations as needed
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong understanding of supporting students with diverse needs, including those with physical, emotional, and learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
* A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK
