A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales Consultant to join a leading global travel company on a permanent basis.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000, with the potential for additional earnings through commission, reaching up to £300 per month.

The company offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring employees to spend a maximum of two days per week in their London central office, with the remainder of the time spent working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and travel agents, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by discussing travel options with customers and upselling/cross-selling relevant products.
  • Manage new enquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a background in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Confident in using Microsoft applications and able to work independently.
  • Experience in taking initiative and working collaboratively with the team.
