About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Teachers in Delivering Engaging Lessons

Provide valuable support to teachers in delivering effective and engaging lessons, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.

Work with Students to Reinforce Learning

Work closely with students, either one-on-one or in small groups, to reinforce learning and promote understanding, helping students to achieve their full potential.

Collaborate with Class Teachers

Collaborate with class teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Implement Individualized Education Plans

Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of students, ensuring that their unique needs are met.

Contribute to a Positive School Ethos

Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school by actively participating in school activities and events, promoting a sense of belonging and engagement.

Foster Positive Relationships

Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of students, ensuring that they receive a well-rounded education.

Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience

A degree in English or a related subject, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and a passion for education.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork.

Flexibility and Adaptability

Display an enthusiastic and proactive approach, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment.
