Your Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Inspect the quality and specifications of received goods
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of perishable products
  • Return or reject any defective or substandard products
  • Communicate with operational teams regarding shortages or non-deliveries
  • Manage inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed
  • Post delivery notes and invoices into the purchasing system
  • Secure staff belongings and issue uniforms

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Basic product knowledge
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (preferably in restaurants or hotels)
  • Basic manual handling skills
