Job Opportunity: Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Russell Group Graduates

About the Role:

  • Support students in achieving academic success as a Secondary Teaching Assistant
  • Work across Key Stages 4-5, focusing on raising attainment and improving student outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver high-quality interventions and support
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and group interventions to support student learning
  • Assist teachers in planning and preparing lessons and resources
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents

Requirements:

  • Desirable degree from a reputable University in a relevant subject
  • Good A Levels and GCSEs across the board
  • Confidence in knowledge of the GCSE and A Level curriculum
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Commitment to academic excellence and student success
