Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams to candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring their needs are met with understanding and respect.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including candidate information and test results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to them.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or testing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Arrangements

  • Full-time position, with a minimum of hours per week.
