We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finisher to join our client's team at a busy automotive facility in Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire. This role involves ensuring high-quality finishes on freshly painted vehicle panels and offers a temp-to-perm contract with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Final polish of freshly painted vehicle panels.
  • Fix paint defects, such as runs.
  • Flat and polish vehicle panels using handheld tools.
  • Conduct touch-up work when needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an automotive bodyshop as a polisher.
  • Knowledge of removing paint defects and runs.
  • Efficient work habits with attention to quality.
  • Full, category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
