About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd in Hale Village. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, and enabling them to live fulfilling lives. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support residents to access education and community activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work a rota pattern, including full day shifts and sleep-in shifts
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and satisfactory references
