We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit Team at East Lancashire Hospice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the needs and choices of individuals accessing our services are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and evaluate effective programmes of care for patients requiring support.
- Deliver care to individual patients within the team, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Evaluate the care delivered in accordance with care plans and make relevant changes as necessary.
- Prioritize your workload and direct the work of others based on patient need.
- Ensure patients and their carers receive the highest standards of care at all times.

Person Specification
We are looking for a registered nurse with substantial experience of working in a caring role, supporting patients with life-limiting illnesses. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and relate with understanding and sensitivity to those experiencing life-changing illness.
