Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to financial planners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications across key financial products, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform, to meet client needs.
- Obtain illustrations and product literature to support client meetings and decision-making.
- Acquire client portfolio valuations to maintain up-to-date records.
- Prepare annual review packs for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with product providers to resolve queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Action LOAs (Letters of Authority) to facilitate client transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client financial situations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IFA/financial planning administration, with a strong understanding of financial services.
- Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) or similar software is desirable.
- Knowledge of provider platforms and ability to navigate complex systems.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
