Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Director to join our team. As a leading Town Planning Consultancy, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to shape and assess the case for development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Determine planning strategies, prepare planning applications, and appeals.
  • Site Appraisals: Conduct thorough site appraisals to inform development decisions.
  • Community Consultation: Engage with local communities to ensure development projects meet their needs.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on planning and land use to clients, including developers, land promoters, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Town Planner: Hold a good Town Planning degree or related qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in preparing planning applications for the public and/or private sector.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and written skills, strong team working ethic, and IT literacy in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Education: Good Town Planning degree or related qualification.
