About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at Haven, a leading provider of holiday experiences in the UK. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies across our network of caravan parks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize pricing strategies
  • Develop and implement pricing recommendations to ensure consistency across regions and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and park operations, to ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with revenue management systems and/or reservation systems
