CBW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Mobile HVAC Supervisor to oversee a diverse commercial portfolio. This role requires flexibility to travel across various locations. The position is full-time, encompassing 40 hours per week, with an on-call duty component. As a supervisory figure, you will balance hands-on tasks with leadership responsibilities.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive maintenance as necessary
- Assess Engineering Job Sheets promptly for accuracy, clarity, and resource management (materials and quotations) while resolving issues
- Assist the Helpdesk in assigning calls to appropriate engineers for your designated sites, escalating issues as needed
- Oversee the availability of engineering personnel for training sessions as requested by Compliance Supervisors
- Ensure all engineers have up-to-date and safe Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Document any changes or variations in PPM – adhering to the Change Control Process and utilizing CAFM systems
- Be available for out-of-hours call-out support for assigned contracts
- Provide coverage for sites during staff absences as directed by the Contract Manager

- C&G or NVQ2 equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- NVQ level 3 or HNC is preferred
- F-Gas C&G 2079 certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with Split Systems, VRV/VRF, Water Chillers, Wet Systems, and Ground/Air/Water source Heat Pumps, as well as Commercial Refrigeration (e.g., Walk-in cold rooms/freezers)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driving license
