The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in the seamless and effective management of client accounts. This position is essential for fostering and nurturing both internal and external partnerships while supporting the broader account management team.
This role requires a blend of organizational acumen, insightfulness, and assertiveness, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills. It is also focused on identifying new avenues for business expansion while maintaining stringent oversight on budgeting and financial forecasting.
The marketing and advertising division is dedicated to establishing and upholding a premier operational standard, emphasizing long-term value and impactful content.
This position is accountable for overseeing the execution and delivery of all client-specific initiatives. Project oversight will include creative elements such as asset management, 3D projects, and coordination of both internal and external personnel.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the briefing, approval, and production of all creative outputs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with legal and first-party standards.
- Guarantee that the quality of briefs submitted to the creative and design teams is thorough, precise, well-conceived, insightful, and motivating.
- Assist the Client Director in conducting regular meetings, establishing clear objectives, and setting expectations for service quality.
- Manage pricing structures and facilitate communication among all parties involved.
- Exhibit strong relationship management capabilities with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foster confidence and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset across all facets of the role.
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing inquiries and potential issues, escalating matters to the Client Director when necessary. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Support additional requirements as needed by the account management team.
- Develop and maintain effective communication regarding creative direction and requirements among clients, agencies, and all internal departments.
- Be self-driven and stay informed about market and industry trends to ensure effective performance in the role.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Proven ability to manage relationships effectively while delivering projects to the highest standards.
- Strong experience in creative management, ideally within an agency or entertainment context.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A demonstrated history of success in a similar role, whether in a client-facing or agency environment.
- Adaptable and able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Solid foundation in Point of Sale strategies.
- Outstanding process and project management capabilities.
- Able to meet deadlines and adhere to budget constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
