Position Overview:

This position offers a comprehensive view of the organization, allowing the candidate to take charge of processes from inception. With support from the team, the individual will enhance and innovate processes utilizing a variety of technical proficiencies, particularly in Go and SQL.

  • Daily trade support involving reconciliations of cash, positions, and trading activities.
  • Automation: Developing and sustaining automated systems and tools.
  • Encourages collaboration, transparent communication, and a flat organizational structure.
  • Opportunities to refine and innovate processes leveraging skills such as Go and SQL.
  • Engagement with diverse asset classes and trade executions.
  • Overseeing cash and collateral management across various brokers.

Required Skills:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree (minimum 2:1) in Mathematics, Economics, or a related STEM field.
  • 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in a trading operations capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some programming experience (Python, Go) related to automation and data analysis (SQL).
