Exam Invigilation Assistant

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to assist with the smooth running of exams at our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all exam regulations and procedures are followed accurately.
- Set up exam venues according to specified requirements, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
- Distribute exam papers and materials to candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor candidates throughout the exam duration, ensuring a fair and conducive atmosphere.
- Handle any disruptions or irregularities during exams with professionalism and discretion.
- Collect and secure completed exam scripts at the end of each session.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks related to exams as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to enforce rules and regulations effectively.
- Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work during exam periods, which may include mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
