Job Purpose:

You'll be an integral part of our Depot Management team, working closely with Night-shift and Day-shift Managers to ensure seamless Depot operations. As the Depot Administration & Finance Supervisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for Depot Office inquiries and fully accountable for Depot Administration, reporting, and analysis.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily, periodical analysis, and reporting for all costs within the depot.
  • Generating and analyzing financial reports, highlighting trends, poor practices, and risks, and offering potential solutions.
  • Collating, maintaining, and submitting relevant payroll timesheets within deadlines.
  • Building relationships with colleagues at all levels in the Depot and the wider business.
