About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Partner to join our team at Marktlink in Bristol. As a key member of our deal team, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of deal makers, advising and guiding our mid-market clients through the entire buy-side or sell-side process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch a dynamic M&A office in Bristol, focusing on mid-market transactions.
  • Acquire leads and complete M&A transactions in the region, leveraging your extensive network and deal-making expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Marktlink team to develop and implement ambitious business plans for the UK market.
  • Drive commercial and marketing activities to establish Marktlink as a leading M&A player in Bristol.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory, with a strong track record in deal-making and mid-market M&A engagements.
  • Native-level English language skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, and ability to generate trust through expertise.
  • Outgoing personality, driven entrepreneur, and excellent CV in terms of professional qualifications and career path.
