Associate Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Phee Farrer Jones, a leading market research agency. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering bespoke research solutions to our clients across various sectors, including Consumer, Healthcare, B2B, Media, and Social.

About the Role

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for owning key account relationships, ensuring the quality of our work, and contributing to the day-to-day activities of our team. This includes helping to shape questionnaires, structuring analysis, and delivering debriefs to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their priorities and needs
  • Ensure the quality of our work, acting as a quality gatekeeper
  • Contribute to the development of research solutions, including questionnaire design and analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in writing winning proposals and designing bespoke research solutions
  • Experience in growing existing accounts and developing junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to clients
