In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding IT solutions to a diverse clientele while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your robust technical expertise will enable you to grasp business requirements, devise effective solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and continuous support of IT services. This position is hands-on, requiring you to be an integral part of the team, providing onsite assistance, managing projects, and offering consultancy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite Technical Consultancy Services to our varied clients.
  • Engage with clients to identify their unique challenges and explore how technology can enhance their operations.
  • Act as the technical expert and escalation point for complex issues that require advanced resolution.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technological solutions for clients, guiding them from inception to completion to modernize their operations.

In addition to being a strong technical leader, you will play a crucial role in daily operations, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to operational responsibilities.

This position primarily involves onsite work but offers flexibility typical of senior roles.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and be adept at navigating both technology and interpersonal interactions.

You should possess a proven history in IT support, with extensive experience in delivering onsite IT consultancy and a solid foundation in IT support.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in migration processes.
  • Familiarity with modern device management through Microsoft technologies, ideally including WVD, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Demonstrated ability to create project proposals and project plans.
  • Experience in conducting IT Reviews and Cyber Security assessments.
