Early Years Education Coordinator

Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Room Leader to join our team at Pumpkin Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a CACHE/NVQ, BTEC diploma level 2 or 3 in early years education, or a BA degree in early years education from a recognized institution.
Alternatively, candidates with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or a Montessori teaching qualification, along with prior supervisory or room leader experience, and a background in working with children, are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position ranges from £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, complemented by excellent training and career advancement opportunities, as well as paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
The Room Leader will be responsible for:
- Engaging with children in early years education and implementing the early years curriculum (EYFS).
- Planning and executing creative learning activities tailored for children.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Leading room activities and supervising children during play.
- Conducting observations and maintaining accurate records.
- Organizing excursions to educational sites such as parks and theaters, as well as nature walks.
- Communicating with parents and families regarding their child's development and progress.
