Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing key game systems, providing support and mentorship to junior programmers, and rapidly gaining in-depth knowledge of new technology and development practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop key game systems, ensuring high-quality and performance.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior programmers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and development practices, applying this knowledge to improve our game development processes.
  • Develop and communicate standard methodologies to the team, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Bring technical expertise and experience to the challenges of game development, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Optimize game systems for performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years commercial games programming experience.
  • Deep understanding of engine architecture and experience of the full development lifecycle.
  • Proven AI knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with design and content teams.
  • Advanced C++ programming skills.
  • Extensive Unreal experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with a passion for teamwork.
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • A real passion for games programming.
  • Experience working within a team.
