About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our Data and Technology team. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on individual audits, as well as preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and report on individual audits
  • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business throughout the audit process
  • Share knowledge and audit insights with the wider internal audit team
  • Work with the Risk & Compliance team and other second-line functions
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues within the business to the Audit Managers
  • Clearly and actively role model the Capita Values and comply with Capita's Policies and Standards
Requirements
  • Recognised professional or audit qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CIIA equivalents)
  • At least 4 years of experience in a professional services or internal audit role
  • Experience in successful delivery of audit work
  • Strong business and commercial understanding
  • Proven ability to build relationships as part of audit assignments
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
