As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You'll oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, including medication administration and adherence to care plans. You'll also collaborate with the Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home facility.
Excellence in Operations:
You'll conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents, supervise and train care staff on best practices, and maintain accurate records. You'll also foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating care and implementing changes. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in healthcare, particularly in dementia care or senior care, and a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices. NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management in Adult Care is essential, and fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
To best serve our residents, we prioritise candidates residing closest to our care homes.
