White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Design Engineer to support a key client in the Doncaster area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and renderings of product designs for manufacturing, working closely with the client and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop products through various stages, from calculations to 3D modelling and manufacturing drawings.
  • Support live sites with design queries and provide specialist advice on product solutions.
  • Apply design for manufacture, assembly, and installation techniques.
  • Prepare general arrangement drawings and detailed drawings for manufacture.
  • Provide support for the design's life cycle, from concept to installation and service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Design Engineer or Mechanical Design Engineer.
  • Approximately 5-10 years' experience in design engineering.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD packages.
  • Experience in designing and detailing conveyors, special purpose machinery, steel fabrication, sheet metal design, or similar industries.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £25,000 - £45,000.
  • 25 Days Holidays + BH.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • Bonus.
