We are currently looking to enhance our Operations team by recruiting Electric Vehicle Production Specialists.
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Executing manufacturing operations as instructed by your supervisor
- Understanding basic electrical schematics and standard operating procedures
- Performing electrical fault diagnostics and cable management
- Effectively using a range of air and hand tools
- Following established processes with accuracy
- Encouraging 5S principles and productive practices
- Keeping company tools organized and safe
- Completing required documentation and maintaining workplace standards
We seek candidates who possess experience in interpreting electrical diagrams and troubleshooting electrical problems. Ideally, you will have a background in Manufacturing or Production, demonstrating the ability to adhere to established processes while maintaining high-quality standards. Your precision and efficiency are vital for ensuring timely deliveries of vehicles to our clients.
A valid driver's license is advantageous but not essential.
Starting compensation is £13.40 per hour + bonus, with opportunities for progression through our grading system. Working hours are Monday - Wednesday 7am - 6pm & Thursday 7am - 5.30pm, with no shifts on Fridays.
