Job Title: Children's Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our young people. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Plan and implement rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in meetings and appointments
  • Implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least six months' experience in Children's residential care
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • Be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
