We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James in Leeds. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering projects to completion while providing guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a diverse range of projects across sectors such as Office, Industrial & Logistics, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, and Healthcare. You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with colleagues across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects to completion while providing guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors
  • Strengthen client relationships and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments
  • Manage a small team and have a successful track record running jobs from start to finish
Requirements
  • MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within UK Construction Consultancies
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification is beneficial
  • Eager to build relationships with clients
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
