Job Title: Ice Rink Attendant

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ice Rink Attendant at Dundee Ice Arena. As an Ice Rink Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the ice pad and skate hire areas are supervised at all times during public skating sessions, maintaining public safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the ice pad and skate hire areas during public skating sessions
• Maintain public safety and ensure the skate hire area runs efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members of the public
• Work as part of a team or on your own initiative
• Have good communication skills and be able to deal with customers in a courteous and friendly manner

Requirements:
• 3 National 4 passes or equivalent
• Good skating skills and ability to assist members of the public
• Quick learner with ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Motivated individual with good planning and organisational skills
