About the Role

The Unbound Collection Unbound Great Scotland Yard London is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist with room assignments, key distribution, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
