We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full Time Mental Health Professional. As a member of our multi-disciplinary Community Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social care services to adults of all ages experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP).
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, care planning, and care coordination within a framework of recovery that respects each individual's right to choice and control.
- Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and other professionals to deliver personalized care plans.
- Supervise, develop, and teach junior staff and/or students as delegated by the team manager.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Education to degree level or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Post-registration experience, including solid Band 5 experience, in acute mental health inpatient/day care services.
- Experience of working in crisis situations and emotionally demanding environments.
- Knowledge of safeguarding processes and experience of partnership working with service users and carers.
- A structured 12-week induction program to equip you with the skills and confidence to deliver the FEP pathway.
- Bespoke leadership training and high-quality professional support to develop your leadership skills.
